Hull is built of hand-laminated vacuum-bagged vinylester resin and E-glass. The laminate is solid below the waterline and cored with closed-cell foam above. The structural grid is strengthened by steel beams. The hull is laid up in a two-piece mold to allow for an inward-facing flange that forms the hull-to-deck joint, which is both chemically bonded and mechanically fastened.

Lo scafo è costruito in resina vinilestere sottovuoto laminata a mano e vetro E - Glass. Il laminato è solido sotto la linea di galleggiamento e rivestito con schiuma a cellule chiuse sopra. La griglia strutturale è rinforzata da travi in acciaio. Lo scafo è disposto in uno stampo a due pezzi per consentire una flangia rivolta verso l'interno che forma il giunto scafo-coperta, che è sia chimicamente legato che fissato meccanicamente.
